DEPARTMENTS OF GOVERNMENT/ MINISTRIES OF A KINGDOM KEEPING IN MIND GOD HAS A KINGDOM/ GOVERNMENT THAT IS ETERNALLY EXCELLENT TO ALL ITS CITIZENS

According to Romans 13, an essential writing/reading for all humans to appreciate, God is inside everybody especially inside a Jew/Jews and Government Officials, all Government Officials in the world are appointed by God and to be specific the God of Israel whether via election or not . So it is important to honor your government , not to oppose government as Romans 13 rightly advises one not to do,  as you live by its laws the most important law being the Constitution that exalts Freedom of all forms and kinds.

In fact the more freedom the less crime or harmful actions or psychological/mental disorders. But the more laws the more crime or harmful actions or psychological/mental disorders. Freedom as enshrined in the Constitution the Supreme Law / Policy of Government reduces the number of laws hence the number of crimes or harmful actions or psychological/ mental disorders.

If you notice, countries with Constitutions have little crime because Freedoms are recognized in the Constitution. In fact countries that allow the homosexual / LGBTQI Community / Humans also have less crime or harmful actions or psychological/mental disorders. USA that has allowed homosexual/ LGBTQI humans or community for ten years now saw a sharp decline in violent crime and over the years general crime rate has been decreasing though when Freedom was stifled during COVID-19 crime/harmful actions/ psychological mental disorders went up.

So with that Government hence the departments below are to serve the citizens and residents with freedom in the air. In fact in rich countries or governments or lands each administrative unit can have a branch of a government department. This means many people will work for the government especially the Executive which will have branches in every administrative unit in the Country and will serve practically every citizen and resident of a country.

For example passport issuing should be in every administrative unit in the country.

Health care via Smart Clinics should be in every administrative unit in the country. Each branch of a department or ministry in every administrative unit will have a bank account whose funds will be used to finance every ministry project in that administrative unit.The Central Bank will have branches in every administrative unit and each branch will keep the bank accounts of every resident which account will receive a stipend from the Government worth 20,000 US Dollars a month for a living from the youngest resident to the oldest.
