Every Human ( chemicals) comes from the chemicals of a Human(chemicals) who gave a sperm ( man with an external penis with sperms-chemicals) & a Human (chemicals) who gave an egg ( woman with an external cervical vagina with ovaries ) and recently in some cases a human ( chemicals) who replaces the mitochondria of an egg ( another woman with an external cervical vagina with ovaries) and you can create more than two children by fertilizing an egg/eggs (chemicals) with more than one sperm ( chemical)

This means EVERY HUMAN HAS TWO GENDERS/SEXES - A MAN & A WOMAN . QSTPS CALLS EVERY HUMAN - MAWO / HESHE due to that reality or scientific notion.

The Two Sexes Are Expressed as follows : 

1. Externally with one gender's genitalia or in rare cases two genders' different genitalia 

2. Internally with one gender's internal sex organs or in some cases two genders' different internal sex organs 

3. Chromosomally with all Humans getting chromosomes from the two different genders which shape the human's structure and appearance like men with hips and ladies with beards situations also connected to hormones which are discussed below.

4. Hormonally which shape the secondary sexual characteristics depending on their levels. Every human has both the main male hormone testosterone & the main female hormone estrogen or estradiol in varied measure. 

5. Neurologically hence Psychologically which leads Gay men to have female brains in external male genitalia bodies and Lesbian women to have male in external female genitalia bodies. 

What About Pronouns Since we are all Heshe ?

The External Genitalia system determines the name hence the pronoun. 

Some humans carry unisex names but their external dressing may declare their pronoun thanks to the culture you were socialized in.

Intersex Humans get challenges in getting names as they possess two external genitalia . Some opt for surgery based on their parents decision at birth . Others not satisfied with the surgery may seek restoration of the expunged genitalia.

For Transgender humans who remain with external female genitalia but use male pronouns leads to that human being called a transmasc. Those who extend their masculinity to obtaining a penis or taking hormones to enhance maculinity or reduce feminity are called transmen.The various procedures to attain Transmanhood are established in Matthew 19:12. Transmasc & Transman are loosely used at the discretion of the Transsexual Human.

For Transgender humans who remain with external male genitalia but  use female pronouns leads to that human being called a transfemme. Those who extend their femininity to obtaining a vagina or taking hormones to enhance femininity or reduce maculinity are called transwomen .transmen.The various procedures to attain Transwomanhood are established in Matthew 19:12.   Transfemmes & Transwomen are loosely used at the discretion of the Transsexual Human.
