A Government is a System of Laws - discovering and making laws or rules, explaining and using them to solve problems and executing or implementing them and the fourth estate informing you about the laws and rules and the events surrounding situations involving the laws and rules via the Media/ Angel 😇/Messenger/TeleCommunication Systems/Internet.

Government is a System from God the Creator who is The Governor or King of everything he created - he also created artificial things through us . All Glory to HimHer for that.

He put creation in Governments as shown above... 

The first government is where he is located and that is above the universe.

 The second government is the universe or space where Planet Earth has a portion.

 The third government is Planet Earth where we as animals and plants live . Security here is maintained loosely by UN Peacekeepers, UN Security Council and Interpol.

The Fourth Government is a Continent where we each live in . Security here is maintained by Continental Government Forces.

 The Fifth Government is a Region of the Continent we live in .Security here is maintained by Regional Government Forces.

 The Sixth Government is the Country we live in  on the Continent.Security here is maintained by the Army  and Police of the Country.

The Seventh Government is the County or the first administrative unit we live in.Security here is maintained by County Level Police.

The Eighth Government is the Constituency which is a component of the county . Security here is maintained by Constituency Level Police.

The Ninth Government or third administrative unit is the Ward .Security here is maintained by Ward Level Police.

 The Tenth Government is not an administrative unit but it is run by a group of homes and that is called a neighborhood, settlement or estate or village or gated community or community and most ethnolinguistic communities have their elders lead them from here.Security here is maintained by private security firms/,watchmen, CCTV systems, perimeter walls and in some countries vigilantes.

 The Eleventh Government is your Home or Household or Apartment .Security here is maintained by your security systems like Home CCTV systems, watchmen, alarm systems , perimeter walls, barbed wire, electric fence  dogs and burgalar proof doors.

The Last and Twelfth Government is you, your body. You govern your body with God who is you and lives in you.You can also arm yourself legally.


All the 11 Governments after the first have a cross signifying God whose heavenly authority is signified also by a crown.God is  every Government and is inside every Government including you and every human, animal, plant and thing in the world.

It reminded me of my dream and plan to have a Gay Wakanda/Gay City State where we as Gay men alone live work and govern ourselves. Hebden Bridge Town is a Lesbian haven with some other queer people living with them. We also encourage Lesbians to set up their community cities and towns so as to rest from all the homophobia that could affect their well being .
