As for Uncircumcised Men they are protected by the Meshiach Christ who was Uncircumcised for seven days hence is also an Uncircumcised man as per Colossians 3:11 & Galatians 3:28.They are Uncircumcised Israelis and hence part of the Global Olam Israel that is the Global Commonwealth of Israel via Meshiach Christ's divine presence being in every human irrespective of their gender, sexual orientation , circumcision status and social status.
