Suffering is not punishment from God.God cannot punish God but God harms God by allowing war and crime .Suffering is lack of money to alleviate pain and that is solved when the Government creates money to support everyone.The more a government does not support everyone powerfully with money the more suffering.

Crime is also there because there is suffering and the Government has refused to give money to people.The more money it gives people the less crime.
